So much to love about this adorable little house. Officially 2 bedrooms and one bath but has an additional room on the second floor that could be a 3rd bedroom if heat was added. HUGE amount of unfinished additional space also on the second floor. Enormous 3/4 acre lot with a large portion totally fenced in. Wonderful sunroom/back porch to enjoy spring through fall. Oversized shed in the back for extra storage or workshop. Price reflects that some updates are needed.
