Here’s your chance to own a piece of North Adams’ history, right in the heart of downtown. This handsome Victorian Italianate, originally built in 1873, was designed by renowned architect Marcus Fayette Cummings of Troy, NY–best known locally for his design of the Blackinton Manor, now home to the North Adams Public Library. Step inside and be transported back in time. You’ll be immediately struck by the grandeur of 11-foot coffered ceilings, sprawling original wood floors, and the stunning mahogany handrail and banister–all beautifully preserved. The current owners have begun thoughtful renovations, including a light-filled in-law suite on the second floor.
